Thanks for your help putting everything together, and for the several trips you made to answer questions.  Thanks also to Cliff Day for bringing over samples and personally following up on the building permit. 

Matt and Mike did a great job.  The old deck was cut up and removed in one day, and your truck picked up the material without the need to have a yard-box on site.  Both Matt and Mike did a lot of work that was above and beyond expectation.  Matt found some issues after we removed the old ledger board and did some great repair work cutting in new wood and insulating and weather-proofing the opening.  They both worked through a couple of really cold days, one with snow that had covered the framing and the start of the deck boards.  Even with the weather, they were able to do all of the measuring and cutting to fit the boarders on the deck and on the stairs, and fit all full width boards for the decking.  Matt also ordered new post sleeves to better fit to the non-standard post caps that we had selected.  The job site was cleaned up every night, and both Matt and Mike, as well as your Project Manager, Mike Tubbs, were always willing to stop and answer any questions we had.

I have a booklet where I keep business cards.  If we are disappointed with the workmanship of anyone, the card goes into the circular basket.  If we are pleased with the work, the card goes into the permanent booklet. You are in the booklet.  Our expectations of a workman are high.  When we are satisfied, we tell anyone who is in need of the kind of work accomplished for us.  We are recommending you highly to everyone.  Hope you receive some more jobs from our recommending.
